What are AI Credits? ▼
AI Credits are used to run AI-powered features such as sentiment analysis on feedback and NAAC/NIRF report generation. Professional, Premium and Signature plans include monthly credits that expire at the end of each month. Additional credits can be purchased in packs—those never expire.
What is Sentiment Analysis? ▼
Sentiment analysis uses AI to analyse text responses (e.g. open-ended feedback). It assigns a sentiment (positive, neutral, or negative), a short summary, and suggested actions. This feature is available on Professional, Premium and Signature plans.
What are NAAC and NIRF reportings? ▼
